PRODUCT INFORMATION.
All paintings are a one of a kind original, hand crafted using charcoal, brushes and acrylic paints on high quality textile canvas.
The wooden frames used come from Swedframe® and are made from strong and sturdy knotless aspen wood.
All frames are produced using 100% certified timber according to FSC and Rainforest Alliance qualification for responsible wood agriculture. All mounted paintings are assembled in house by Amanda and her crew.
All Fine Art Prints, a.k.a. Giclée Prints are made with high-quality archival inks on fine art paper using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer. The giclée printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction.
The fine art prints are printed at a certified Hahnemühle print studio in the north of Sweden, on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gr. a Fine Art paper with a smooth texture, reminiscent of the original genuine etching and printmaking papers. All Amanda Mendiant prints are signed or embossed with an authenticity certificate.
Digital prints are printed on Hahnemüle Studio Enhanced 210 gram. Matt.
The Original Drawings are painting-sketches, ink drawings assembled in deep edge frames or other one of a kind original art piece by Amanda Mendiant.

PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND FREIGHT COSTS.
All prints are rolled up and shipped in sealed paper tubes through the Swedish Postal Service.
Paintings in sizes up to 160 cm (longest side) are shipped fully assembled within Sweden. Larger paintings and paintings sent outside Sweden are sent unassembled for the costumer to assemble.
Please note that the freight costs for paintings as well as framed prints and drawings shipped outside of Sweden will have a shipping cost aded based on shipping method and destination and will be quoted on request / order.
At current date, all payments are made through PayPal. PayPal will allow payments either directly through your PayPal account or by cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more.
RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy in short
• Contact House Of Mendi before returning any items.
• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to House Of Mendi.
Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
• The product must be in new condition.
• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
• We do not accept returns on made-to-order items.
Return Policy
Please contact House Of Mendi before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts House Of Mendi and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in NEW condition. If the product is ruined or used even slightly the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
House Of Mendi™ suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
House of Mendi™ is NOT responsible for any returns until it has been received and signed for.
House Of Mendi™ will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case as well as your order id / order number.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. House Of Mendi is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this and have the shipper confirm in writing. Please also report any shipping issues / damages directly to House of Mendi™.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not claimed at your post office / place of delivery within 14 days, House Of Mendi™ reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover
return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
